The Commission has prepared Draft GERC (Terms and Conditions for Green Energy Open Access) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2024 alongwith Explanatory Memorandum. In this regard, it is hereby informed that the persons who are interested in filling the suggestions/objections may file the same along with supporting documents (if any) in five sets duly supported by an affidavit on or before 17.09.2024.
