amendments, and further read with the Interconnection Agreement (Provisional) executed between UGVCL and Solar PV
Project Owner dated 24.05.2021, seeking directions for execution of the final interconnection agreement, application of the relevant Regulations and prevailing amendments thereto at the time of commissioning, enforcement of the final agreement from the date of commissioning with the applicable tariff framework and refund of any differential amount, if any, alongwith the applicable interest.
