Petition under Sections 42, 43, 50, 86 & other applicable provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with GERC (Electricity Supply Code and Related Matters) Regulations, 2015, GERC (Standard of Performance of Distribution Licensee) Regulations 2023 and other applicable Regulations of GERC to declare that time period of 180 days as per Clause 4.2 of GERC (SoP) Regulations, 2023 read with Clause 4.33 of GERC Supply Code, 2015 be reckoned from the date of payment of final estimate issued by UGVCL and consequently directing UGVCL to refund the excess amount recovered from the Petitioner towards minimum demand charges considering deemed release of 4200 KVA Power Demand.
