Petition under Section 86 (1) (f) and (e) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 80 and 82 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 to adjudicate upon the disputes between the licensees and generating company and for set-off of 4,47,649 units to be given by the Respondent UGVCL to the Petitioner in the future energy bill with regard to units injected into the Grid during the period from March 2025 to August 2025.
