Petition under Section 86 (1) (c), (e), (f) and other applicable provisions of EA, 2003 r/w. Clause 2.9 of the GERC’ Order No. 06/2024 dated 31.08.2024, seeking extension of Scheduled Date of Commissioning of infrastructure being developed by the Petitioner for 20 MW Solar Power Plant for captive use located at Village Nana Samdhiyala, Taluka Gir Gadhda, District Gir Somnath, to be evacuated to GETCO 66 KV Luvari Mori Substation on account of unforeseen reasons.
