Petition under Sections (1) (e) and (f) and other applicable of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 11.2 of GERC Notification No. 5 of 2016, titled ‘Regulations for Net Metering Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems’, alongwith its subsequent amendments, and further read with the Interconnection Agreement (Provisional) executed between the Respondent UGVCL and the Solar PV Project Owner at Kadi dated 29.05.2021, seeking directions for execution of the final interconnection agreement, application of the relevant Regulations and prevailing amendments thereto at the time of
commissioning, enforcement of the final agreement from the date of commissioning with the applicable tariff framework
and refund of any differential amount, if any, alongwith the applicable interest.
