Petition under Section 86 of EA, 2003 read with Regulations 80 & 82 GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004, read with Gujarat Renewable Energy Policy, 2023 & amendments thereof and the Tariff Order dated 31.08.2024 praying before the Commission to exercise its powers under Section 86 of EA, 2003 and direct the Respondent GETCO to return/refund/refrain from encashing Bank Guarantee Bearing No. 0871IGP231009976 dated 15.04.2023 amounting to Rs. 25,00,000/- from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited furnished by the Petitioner and further to return the amount of Rs 11,42,337/- paid by Petitioner on 03.07.23, being the provisional line estimate.
