Regulations 80 & 82 GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004, read with Gujarat Renewable Energy Policy, 2023 & amendments thereof and the Tariff Order dated 31.08.2024 praying before the Commission to exercise its powers under Section 86 of EA, 2003 and direct GETCO to refrain from encashing BG bearing no. ICBK3050866370418 dated 29.4.2023 amounting to Rs. 2,10,00,000/- from ICICI Bank Limited furnished by the Petitioner and further to return the amount of Rs 11,42,337 paid by the Petitioner on 25.8.2023, being the provisional line estimate.
