Suo-Motu proceedings to decide the extension of applicability of Generic Tariff Order No. 04 of 2016 dated 10.11.2016 – Determination of tariff and other terms and conditions for procurement of power by distribution licensees from Municipal Solid Waste to Energy Projects in the State of Gujarat.

In partial modification of Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission order dated 23.01.2008, authorising the officers of different cadres of the Distribution Licensees to exercise the powers under sub-section (1A) of Section 135 of the Electricity Act 2003 as inserted by the Electricity (Amendment) Act 2007, the Annexure II, authorising officers of Torrent Power Limited, of the said order is replaced with the revised Annexure II as mentioned hereto.
