In partial modification of Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission order dated 23.01.2008, authorising the officers of different cadres of the Distribution Licensees to exercise the powers under sub-section (1A) of Section 135 of the Electricity Act 2003 as inserted by the Electricity (Amendment) Act 2007, the Annexure II, authorising officers of Torrent Power Limited, of the said order is replaced with the revised Annexure II as mentioned hereto.
