Petition under Sections 86 (1) (c) (e) and (k) of Electricity Act, 2003 and as per Clause 3.9 of Petition under Sections 42, 43, 50 and 86(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 4.32 and 4.33 of the GERC (Electricity Supply Code and Related Matters) Regulations, 2015 and relevant provisions of the GERC (Standard of Performance of Distribution
Licensees) Regulations, 2023, seeking (i) Declaration that the period during which site access was denied due to Control
Room Shifting works at 66 kV Umbergaon, Sub-Station is liable to be excluded for computation of the 180 days’ timeline
under Option-III; and (ii) Consequential direction to Respondent No. 1 to revise the date of commencement of minimum
billing and refund excess minimum demand charges recovered on deemed release basis.
