Petition seeking approval of the long term Power Procurement plan from a co-generation based Thermal Power Source (Industrial Co-generation Plant), in accordance with Clause 108 of the GERC (MYT) Regulations, 2024 and under the provisions of Section 86 (1) (b) and Section 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Clause 4 (vi) of the Guidelines issued by the Department of Commerce (SEZ Division), Govt. of India dated 27.10.2010.
