Petition under Section 86 (1) (e) of EA, 2003 read with Regulations 10.1 of the GERC (Net Metering Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems) Regulations 2016 as amended from time to time read with regulations 61, 80, 52 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 seeking a direction to set aside the arbitrary, illegal and unreasonable interpretation accorded by the Respondent to regulation 16.3 of the GERC (Net Metering Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems) (Third Amendment) Regulations 2022 and consequently set aside the letter dated 21.08.2025 issued by the Respondent to the Petitioner demanding an additional electricity charges from the Petitioner.
