Petition under Section 86 of EA, 2003 read with Regulations 80 & 82 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004, read with Gujarat Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Policy, 2018 & amendments thereof and the Tariff Order dated 03.04.2021 praying before Commission to execute its powers under Section 86 of EA, 2003 and direct GETCO to grant extension of time for execution of 70 MW Solar-Wind Hybrid Project.
