In the matter of Petition under the provisions of the GERC (Multi-Year Tariff) Regulations, 2016 read with the provisions of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 and Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003, praying for an approval of One-time additional capital expenditure for Akrimota Thermal Power Station of GMDC from the Commission and to direct application, implementation and passthrough of the said additional capital expenditure in tariff in accordance with the mechanism laid down in the PPA dated 19.02.2020 executed by and between the parties as amended in terms of the supplementary agreement dated 17.12.2014 and as subsequently amended from time to time.
