In the matter of Petition in accordance with the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 for seeking approval of PPA to cater the base demand requirement of GIFT City licensee area by executing a PPA with M/s PTC India Limited for supply of power under Medium Term Open Access Booking Basis as per the provisions of ‘Guidelines for Procurement of Power by distribution licensees’ issued by the Commission read with Section 86 (1) (b) of the Electricity Act, 2003.
