In the matter of Petition under Sections 42, 43, 45, 62, 50, 57, 128 and 142 of the Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganization & Regulation) Gujarat Act. No. 24 of 2003, – MGVCL Authority has erected new transformer center within 10-meter distance, instead of release of connection from existing transformer center by laying 10-meter service line, or augmentation of existing 25 kVA transformer by 63 kVA transformer and recovered more money than GERC guidelines by MGVCL Authority.
