In the matter of Petition under Section 86 (1) (a), (b), (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003, Clause 5.7 of the Guidelines for tariff based Competitive Bidding Process for Procurement of Power from Grid connected Solar PV Power Projects dated 03.08.2017 and Article 9 of the Power Purchase Agreement executed by the Petitioner and GUVNL dated 24.10.2017 seeking in principle approval on account of a “Change in Law” viz, the introduction of safeguard duty on the import of Solar panels after the Bid Deadline i.e. 08.09.2017 resulting in substantial increase in the cost of project to be borne by the Petitioner.

In the matter of filing petition under Section 86 (1) (e) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for seeking amendment in para 4.7 of the Order No. 3 of 2015 dated 17.08.2018 in the matter of determination of tariff for procurement of power by distribution licensees and others from Solar Energy Projects for the State of Gujarat.

In the matter of Petition under Section 62 read with Section 64 and 86 (1) (b) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for determination of project specific tariff of 20 MW photovoltaic solar power set up at Village Shivlakha, District – Kutch, Gujarat.
