In the matter of Petition seeking (a) clarification of the Tariff Order dated 26.03.2020 in Case No. 1837 of 2019 that the reactive energy charges specified in para 5.3 of the Tariff Order is applicable to the renewable energy projects only in situation where they have drawn such reactive energy for consumption during low grid voltage thereby endangering grid stability; and (b) quashing the demand of Rs. 1.56 crores towards reactive power charges raised by the Respondent No. 1 GETCO in respect of: (i) 35 MW PV Solar Plant established by the Petitioner at Jaloya, Gujarat vide invoice dated 23/03/2021 for amount of Rs. 15,17,250/- for the period from February 2019 to January 2020 and invoice dated 31/03/2021 for amount of Rs. 83,03,400/- for the period from February 2020 to January 2021; (ii)30 MW PV Solar Plant established by the Petitioner at Pipardi, Gujarat vide invoice dated 31/03/2021 for amount of Rs. 46,94,550/- for period from February 2020 to January 2021; (iii) 35 MW PV Solar Plant established by the Petitioner at Rojasar, Gujarat vide invoice dated 31/03/2021 for amount of Rs. 11,37,150/- for period from February 2020 to January 2021.

In the matter of Petition under Sections 17 and 34 of Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganization & Regulation) Act, 2003 and in the matter of Wide Power Policy, 2007 and Gujarat Wind Solar Hybrid Power Policy, 2018 and under Sections 86 (1) (C) (E) (F) of Electricity Act, 2003 read with GERC (Terms and Condition of Intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2011.

In the matter of Petition under Section 86 (1) (e) & (f) of Electricity Act, 2003 seeking directions to Respondents for issuance of pending no objection certificate and necessary permissions to Petitioner for installing and commissioning of 3 MW (2987.04 KW DC capacity and 2200 KW AC capacity) onsite captive solar power plant at the premises of Petitioner No. 2 and declare that the same does not fall within the scope of Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Net Metering Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems) Regulations, 2016 (as amended from time to time).

In the matter of Petition under Section 45, 46, 86 & other applicable provisions of the EA, 2003 read with the GERC (Electricity Supply Code and Related Matters Regulations Notification No. 4 of 2015) for approval of levy of additional charges from applicant towards installation of dry type transformer and trunking system for providing service line instead of conventional service cable for propose high rise complex which resulting in incremental losses and issue of point of supply.
