In the matter of IA seeking Ad-Interim Order restraining the Respondents from invoking/encashing the

Bank guarantee bearing No. 07GM07101170001 dated 27.04.2010, during the pendency of the present

petition.

In the matter of the petition seeking approval and adjudication of dispute under Section 86 (1) (f) of the

Electricity Act in terms of the Power Purchase Agreement dated 30.04.2010 for 25 MW Solar Power

Project M/s Cargo Solar Power Gujarat Pvt. Ltd. with GUVNL regarding extension of the time limit for

Schedule Commercial Operation date (SCOD) from 31.12.2019 to 31.12.2021.

In the matter petition under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Agreement dated

14.12.2009 and undertaking dated 23.08.2011 for seeking adjudication upon the dispute between the

parties in terms of claim of Parallel Operation Charges Bill amount Rs. 6,00,94,050 for time barred

period i.e. January 2012 to June 2016 (4 years 6 months) which is barred by Article-55 read with Section

3 and Section 18 of the Limitation Act, 1963 and to declare such recovery of POC for the above

mentioned disputed period as against the contractual terms and contrary to the Provision of law.

In the matter of the Miscellaneous Civil Application for Direction to the opponent to grant approval for

technical specification of ABT meter for solar captive power plant to be installed at M/s. K.P.I. Global

Infrastructure Limited’s solar site or applicant and to accept the application and grant all approvals

which are applied for by the applicant and for direction to sign and approve the wheeling of solar power

to the applicant.

In the matter of Review Petition under Section 94 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation

72 (1) of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulation, 2004 seeking review the Commission’s Order

dated 06.08.2019 passed in the Petition No. 1582 of 2016.

In the matter of filing of petition under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for adjudication of

disputes between the petitioner and the respondent in regard to generation and sale of electricity under

the Power Purchase Agreement dated 03.06.2010 and application for interim orders.

adoption of tariff discovered under Competitive Bidding Process for procurement of power from 202.6

MW Grid connected Wind Power Projects in Gujarat through RfS No. GUVNL/ Competitive / 1000

MW / Wind (Phase II-R) dated 01.03.2019 & Addendums thereto.
