In the matter of filing petition under Section 86 and other provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and under provisions of Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2016 for approval of implementation of “Amnesty Scheme – 2017’ notified by Government of Gujarat vide GR No. GUV-2016-3170-K1 dated 12.10.2017, to be implemented under the supply jurisdiction of State owned Distribution Licensees, for recovery of outstanding dues from PDC consumers/Non-consumers.
