Limited with GUVNL regarding (i) considering the period from 07.04.2012 to 31.07.2013 as Force Majeure Event; and (ii) changes in the definition of Construction Default Date, Schedule Commercial Operation Date (SCOD), Article 2.2 pertaining to Licences, permits and conditions precedents, Article 4.3 pertaining to liquidated damages for delay in commissioning the project/solar thermal grid interconnectivity power plant beyond Schedule Commercial Operation Date and extend the time limit for Schedule Commercial Operation Date from 31.07.2013 to 31.12.2014.
