There shall be no hearing on 08.08.2023 in the matter of Draft Regulations of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Green Open Access) Regulations, 2023. Accordingly, all parties/objectors/stakeholders/counsels in the aforesaid matters are hereby informed that there shall be no hearing by the Commission in the aforesaid matter scheduled on 08.08.2023 at 11:30 A.M. and next date of Public hearing is now rescheduled on 28.08.2023 @ 11:30 hours, which may please be noted.
