It is to inform that there shall be no hearing on 16.05.2023 in previously scheduled hearing before the Full Bench of the Commission in (i) Petition No. 2070 of 2022 & IA No. 14 of 2022 in Petition No. 2070/2022, (ii) Petition No. 2151 of 2022, (iii) Petition No. 2155 of 2022, and (iv) Petition No. 2156 of 2022. Accordingly, all parties/counsels in the aforesaid matters are hereby informed that there shall be no hearing in these matters which were scheduled for hearing on 16.05.2023 and next date of hearing will be intimated separately, which may please be noted. As such an intimation letter in this regard has already been forwarded through post to the concerned relevant parties in these matters.
