In the matter of petition seeking approval and adjudication of dispute under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 in terms of the PPA dated 30.04.2010 for 25 MW Solar Power Projects of the Petitioner with GUVNL regarding extension of time for Schedule Commercial Operation Date from 31.12.2019 to 31.12.2021.

In the matter of Petition under Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and in accordance with the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 for approval and necessary directions of the Commission with regard to revision of tariff in PPA dated 03.06.2021 with PTC India Limited.
