In the matter of filing Petition for approval of Short-Term Power Purchase Arrangement for sourcing of power to cater the demand of Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Surat license area under the provisions of the Guidelines for Power Procurement by Distribution Licensees issued by the Commission read with Section 86 (1) (b) of the Electricity Act, 2003.

In the matter under section 86 (1) (f) read with 86 (1) (b) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for dispute between a generating company and the distribution licensee on account of the wrongful deductions carried out by the distribution licensee for the power supplied during the FY 2012-2013.
