In the matter of Petition under Sections 181 read with Regulations 80 and 82 of GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004, for amendment of GERC (Terms and Conditions of Intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2011.

In the matter of determination of tariff for procurement of power by distribution company/licensees from Raw Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) based power generating company in the State of Gujarat using the Gasification route (Otto Cycle).
