In the matter under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 in regard to dispute arising out of the PPA dated 15.05.2010 between GUVNL and M/s. Essar Power Gujarat Limited.

In the matter of adjudication of dispute under section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Article 14 of the PPA dated 15.05.2010 executed between Essar Power Gujarat Limited and Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited.

In the matter under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for recovery of liquidated damages payable under the PPA dated 15.05.2010 between GUVNL and Essar Power Gujarat Limited.

In the matter under the provisions of GERC (Terms and Conditions for Open Access) Regulations, 2011 for denial of Short Term Open Access permission.

In the matter of devising a mechanism for recovery of compensatory charges from entity (ies) who are in deviation to schedule and for whom a generating station of any entity is scheduled by State Load Dispatch Centre to ensure over drawl/under drawl at regional periphery as stipulated by Central Commission.

In the matter of petition under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 seeking directions to be issued to GUVNL in favour of Essar Power Limited towards the amount demanded by Gujarat State Petronet Limited towards Ship or Pay Charges and Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited towards interconnectivity Charges.
