Petition u/s. 15 r/w. regulation 45 of GERC Open Access Regulation for illegal refusal of permission for STOA.

In the matter of adjudication of disputes between GUVNL and M/s. Nitash Co- Generation Pvt. Limited under section 86 and 142 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Regulation 86 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 for execution of the order dated 06.11.2012 passed by the Commission in Petition No. 1202 of 2012.

In the matter of devising a mechanism for recovery of compensatory charges from entity (ies) who are in deviation to schedule and for whom a generating station of any entity is scheduled by State Load Dispatch Centre to ensure over drawl/under drawl at regional periphery as stipulated by Central Commission.

Petition under Section 45 of power to remove difficulties of GERC Regulation 3 of 2011 and for refunding charges unduly recovered by SLDC on account of Short traders and non-traders’ periods for use of State Transmission Network in respect of STOA user for collective transactions.

In the matter of filing petition under section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for directions in the matter of guidelines dated 04.06.2014 issued by the office of the Commission.
