In the matter under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 in regard to dispute arising out of the PPA dated 15.05.2010 between GUVNL and M/s. Shapoorji Pallonji Energy (Gujarat) Pvt. Limited

In the matter of adjudication of disputes under Sections 61,63 and 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 23 and 80 of GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations and PPA dated 15.05.2010 executed between the parties.
