Petition for adjustment/enhancement of tariff fixed by the Commission in order on Determination of the tariff for procurement of power by distribution licensee from wind energy generators and other commercial issues on Order No. 1 of 2010 dated 30.01.2010.

Petition for adjustment / enhancement of, tariff fixed by the Hon'ble Commission in the Order on "Determination of the Tariff for Procurement of Power by Distribution Licensees from Wind Energy Generators and other commercial issues" (Order No.1 of 2010) dated 30th January, 2010.

In the matter of adjudication of disputes under Power Purchase Agreement dated 30.04.2010 and Supplementary Power Purchase Agreements dated 27.10.2010 and 10.05.2011 between Solar Semiconductor Power Company (India) Private Limited and Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited under section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003.
