Petition under regulation 80 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 read with section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for extension of the “Control Period” as defined by the Commission through its Tariff Order dated 29.01.2010, passed in Order No. 2 of 2010.

In the matter of resolution of dispute regarding invoices raised by the respondent in terms of the Power Purchase Agreement dated 08.12.2010 with respect to tariff for imported energy.
