In the matter of review petition under Section 94(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 72(1) of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 seeking review of Daily Order dated 06.07.2021 passed by the Commission in Petition No 1948 of 2021 filed by the Jaihind Projects Limited and review the Daily Order in respect of correction with regard to the CUF inter alia other relevant para of the Daily Order dated 06.07.2021 in the Petition No 1948 of 2021.
