In the matter of Interim Application based on principles analogous to Order XVI Rule 1A of Civil Procedure Code 1908 seeking permission of the Commission to conduct examination in chief, of thirdparty witnesses and cross examination of witnesses of the Respondent. The Petitioner seeking to call third parties for examination in chief, i.e., persons other than the Petitioner getting and/or using electricity supply from the same feeder as the Petitioner, who are expected to testify interalia that the Respondent herein does not provide 24×7 power supply.
