In the matter of Petition under Section 86 (1)(k) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Section 33 (4) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Regulations 80 and 84 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004, along with Article 9 of the PPA dated 15.12.2022, seeking in-principal approval for the installation of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) at individual Wind Power Generators (WTGs) at its own cost as a Change in law event; further seeking directions to be issued to State Load Despatch Centre, for granting an extension of approximately three months to the Petitioner to implement the Tariff Order in its letter and spirit.
