In the matter of Petition for Factual Assessment of Unmetered Agricultural consumers’ consumption w.r.t. metered consumption of Agricultural consumers on Agriculture Dominant (AGDOM) feeders as Normative Consumption of 1700 kWh per HP per annum for unmetered agriculture consumers (UAG), adopted as per Mishra Committee Report in the tariff Order, Case No. 19 of 1999 dated 10/10/2000 is required to be revised in view of segregation of Agriculture feeders under Jyotigram Yojana in the year 2006 and providing 100% meters on Distribution Transformers of AGDOM feeders.
