Petition under Section 86 (1) (c), (e), (f) and (k) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Electricity Act) seeking appropriate directions for extension of Scheduled Commercial Operation (SCOD) of the 243 MW Solar Power Project situated in village Khimat, taluka Dhanera, district Banaskantha, Gujarat (Project) of the Petitioner due to delay in readiness and commissioning of 220 kV Khimat substation by Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) in terms of Article 8.1 of the PPA and for challenging arbitrary and one-sided conditions being imposed by the GETCO vide provisional connectivity approval dated 23.12.2025 in clear violation of its statutory role and GERC Connectivity Procedure 2025.
