Petition filed under Section 86(1)(c), e) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 80 and 82 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 seeking appropriate directions against the imposition of requirement by respondent GETCO to furnish consumer/off-taker details at the stage of application for connectivity, being contrary to the applicable regulatory framework including the Procedure for Grant of Connectivity dated 04.08.2025 , Order dated 21.09.2024 passed by the Commission in Petition No. 2377 of 2024, and the Gujarat Renewable Energy Policy, 2025, and for consequential reliefs.
