Petition under Electricity Act, 2003 read with the GERC (Licensee’s Power to Recover Expenditure incurred in providing
supply and other Miscellaneous Charges) Regulations, 2005 for approval of levy of 2.5% supervision charges instead of
15% on the estimated cost towards erection of new Ring Main Unit (RMU), Compact Sub-Station (CSS), High Tension Metering Cubicle (HTMC), Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB), Resin Cast CTPT, Sandwich Busbar Trunking System and LT underground cable & its associated equipment, for LT/HT consumer/ applicant -laid/erected by the consumer/applicant as a special case.
