Petition filed under Section 86 (1) (a) read with Section 86 (1) (f) of the EA 2003 read with Article 8 of Power Purchase Agreement dated 14.12.2022 executed between the parties seeking extension of the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date (SCOD) due to various events of Force Majeure inter alia, on account of delays caused due to reasons and unforeseen events not attributable to the Petitioner and declaration that such extended SCOD shall be substituted for all references to SCOD in such PPA.
