Petition under Sections 86 (1) (b), (e), (f) and (k) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Clause 3.5 of the “Tariff Framework for Procurement of Power by Distribution Licensees and Others from Solar Energy Projects and Other Commercial Issues for the State of Gujarat dated 08.05.2020 seeking inter-alia, extension of allocated evacuation infrastructure being developed by the Petitioner for evacuation of power from its 9 MW Solar Power Plant to the Respondent’s 220kv/66kv Sadla Sub-Station on account of certain force majeure events and beyond the reasonable control of the Petitioner being unforeseen reasons affecting the project implementation and read with Regulation 80 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 and thereby passing appropriate order(s) /direction(s) in this regard to the extent prayed by the Petitioner herein.
