Petition filed under Section 86 (1) (f) of EA 2003 read with Regulations 80 and 82 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 and connectivity Agreement dated 01.10.2024 between M/s. Icon Granito Pvt. Ltd. and GETCO for establishing connectivity of 11.2 MW Solar Power Plant at Junagadh to GETCO’s transmission at the interconnection point at 66 kV level of 66 kV Dhebar Substation of GETCO and Petition seeking extension of time limit for a period of 6 months i.e., upto 28.02.2026 for commissioning of balance 4.70 MW capacity of the Icon’s 11.2 MW Solar Power Plant at Junagadh due to unforeseen and uncontrollable events.
