Petition under Clause 17 read with Clause 3.1.1 of the Guidelines for Tariff based Competitive Bidding Process for procurement of Firm and Dispatchable Power from Grid connected Renewable Energy Power Projects with Energy Storage Systems notified by Ministry of Power, Govt. of India on 09.06.2023 as amended from time to time under Section 63 read with Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 21003 for approval of deviations from the said Guidelines.
