Petition under the Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 23 and 80 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 for quashing and set aside the action of the Respondents of illegal recovery of POC from the Petitioner based on 8.9 MW instead of actually installed 6.4 MW capacity installed by the Petitioner.
