Petition under Section 86 (1) (k) read with Section 33 (4) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Regulations 80 and 84 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 along with Article 9 of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) dated 14.12.2022, seeking In-Principal approval for the installation of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) at individual Wind Power Generators (WTGS) at its own cost as a Change in Law event and also seeking directions to the issued to State Load Despatch Centre, for granting an extension of approximately three months to the Petitioner to implement the Tariff Order in its letter and spirit.
