In the matter of in the matter of Petition under the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 regarding Recovery of charges by the licensee under Section 47 of the Act read with GERC, Notification No. 5 of 2005 read with recovery of development charges by the State Transmission Utility from the consumer as infrastructure development charges recover twice (duplication of recovery) from the consumer and in the matter of dispute regarding Petitioner and the Respondents for recovery of Infrastructure Development Charges twice from the Petitioner which is against the provision of the Regulations notified by the Commission and Orders passed from time to time in this regard.
