In the matter of Petition under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Article 10 of the PPAs dated 23.03.2007, 04.10.2007, 15.11.2008 executed between the parties seeking Directions/Order (s) against the Respondent for refund of the amount equivalent to 25% of the proceeds from sale of Verified Emission Reduction (VERs) from the period 13.03.2007 to 14.01.2009 along with late payment surcharge wrongfully deducted by the Respondent purportedly towards Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) under Article 12.12 of the PPAs.
