Petition in accordance with the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 for approval and necessary directions of the Commission regarding the status of RPO Compliance for FY 2022-23 by the Petitioner as per provisions of Regulations 4.1 & 4.2 of GERC (Procurement of Energy from Renewable Sources) Regulations, 2010 and subsequent amendments thereto.
