Petition in the matter of Section 62, 64, 86 and other enabling provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and GERC MYT Regulations, 2016 to modify/amend the provision of applicability of Residential General Purpose (RGP) Tariff category under the tariff order dtd. 31.03.2023 issued by the Commission in order to include animal husbandry activities involving not more than 30 milking animals under the ambit of Residential General Purpose (RGP) Tariff category.
