In the matter of Petition under Sections 62, 64 & 86 and other enabling provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and GERC MYT Regulations, 2016 to modify/amend the provisions of applicability of Residential General Purpose (RGP) tariff category under Tariff Order dated 31.03.2023 issued by the Commission in Order to include animal husbandry activities involving not more than 30 milky animals under ambit of RGP Tariff category.
